First you need to login. Then you need to find the item you purchased.

Just under the green 'buy' button you will see the text 'click here to review this product'. Only your comments and first name will be shown in the review.

No,  once you have selected the item you wish to purchase click on the checkout button. You will then need to register with our site. Once you have clicked on 'confirm to pay' you will be transferred to the secure Paypal site. If you do not have an existing Paypal account you will see at the bottom of the left hand side of the page 'dont have a paypal account?' click on continue here to make your payment.

Just click on the red cross that you can see beside the item in the basket area.

We post all items the next working day though we do try to post all Friday's orders on Saturday morning when we can.  All items are posted first class.

1. Firstly choose your item buy clicking on 'buy' and adding it to your basket.
2. When you have finished shopping click on 'checkout'. You will now be at Stage Two of the checkout process as seen by the tabs at the top of the page.
3. Scroll down this page and look for a box that says 'Offer Code'.  Type the promotional code into this box and then most importantly click on 'apply code' to reduce the total amount in your basket. This will show the reduction.
4. Now click on 'Proceed to Confirmation' and it will show you again the total price to pay. 
   
5. Once you have 'confirmed to pay' you will be taken to the PayPal checkout page.
   
6. IMPORTANT - you do NOT need a PayPal account, on the left hand side of the page you will see the word 'continue', use this button to pay via a credit or debit card if you do not wish or do not have a PayPal account.  PayPal will securely process your payment - we do not get to see this process, this is a completely secure way to pay for your items.
